The fluorescence of Glucose-AGE-BSA was determined by fluorescence spectrometry with Ex./Em.=360/465 nm. The Glucose-AGE-BSA shows a 100-fold increase in fluorescence when compared to the control BSA. Browning of Glucose-AGE-BSA was determined by measuring the absorbance at 320 nm.
